A particularly difficult project to undertake as many attempts had been made to waterproof this roof before. New extractor fans and other penetrations were cut into the roof all which need sealing to prevent ingress. The internal gutters were causing problems especially around drainage outlets and lead had been stolen from roof.

ABC opted to install a cold applied Polimar 2K PU liquid waterproofing system which is particularly good for detail work in complex areas forming a strong but flexible, homogenous waterproof seal that easily accommodates normal structural movement.
